Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing timely and effective communication to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote engagement. Manage client accounts using CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and feedback for continuous improvement. Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities that add value to clients. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for enhancement in service delivery or marketing strategies. Conduct regular check-ins with potential clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather insights, and strengthen relationships through personalized engagement strategies. Proven experience in project management and account management within a customer-centric environment. Excellent sales skills with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and influence decision-making. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport easily. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic planning. Background in real estate or related industries is a plus but not required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
