Job Description
Program Lead provides vital operational and programmatic support for our Greenville services. This position delivers person-centered direct instruction, facilitates various program functions, and provides staff oversight and support. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate group and community events Coordinate volunteer activities and serve as liaison with volunteers and other program staff Provide support and feedback with relevant autism support professionals Plan, coordinate, and facilitate a variety of activities for the clients throughout the year including site-based and community-based activities. Create daily individual schedules, visual supports, and other essential programmatic materials and structure. Provide direct support to program participants no less than 75% of work hours Assist with transportation planning for the program and provide transportation as needed. Provide support and feedback to autism support professional staff. Complete all required electronic documentation of services through electronic health records system upon completion of daily service delivery in compliance with mandated timelines. Document and collect additional data that pertains to delivery of services as assigned (behavioral data, service summaries, seizure logs, etc.). Enforce policies and procedures necessary for the effective management and operation of the program within the requirements of federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
Typical Schedule is:
