## Standard Job Description Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs. Serves as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or a Security Representative. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (DoDM/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (32 CFAR, Part 117 (NISPOM Rule). Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program. Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials. Develops and conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings. The Work - Duties will include but are not limited to: The F-35 Program Security Representative is a critical position located in MCAS Cherry Point, NC. As a security representative, you will be responsible for supporting the security efforts of the F-35 program, including development, production, and sustainment. This will involve controlling and managing unclassified and classified material, as well as providing physical security for multiple Special Access Program Facilities. You will also be responsible for controlling access and badging to all F-35 areas in specified facilities, providing escort services when required, and assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities. Additionally, you will aid and support for classified meetings and may be required to provide security briefings as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include managing personnel files, including visitor access requests, program access requests, and file reviews. You will perform other security duties as necessary and provide support to other Special Access Programs as needed. This position will primarily be assigned to First Shift, but may require flexibility to work other shifts, including weekends, to support mission events. May require periodic travel to support operational and mission needs. ## Basic Qualifications Final transferable SECRET clearance with closed investigation date within 5 years or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program with the ability to maintain a

clearance with SCI if/when mission requirements dictate Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAP's) Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security, such as Personnel Security (PERSEC), Operational Security (OPSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), and Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) In-depth knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.7 and Volume 4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications Experience working on Special Access Programs Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Familiarization with Defense Information Security System (DISS) Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excell and other Microsoft Office applications ## Desired Skills Knowledge and experience authoring Standard Operating Procedures / Facility Operating Procedures (SOP / FOP) documents Knowledge and experience executing Self-Inspection's (SI) and executing preparations for Higher Headquarters Compliance Inspection. Authoring Corrective Action Plans and tracking closeout actions for inspection reports Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements Prior experience as a CSSO, GSSO, PSO, PSM, ASM, or PSR Experience with conducting thorough investigations of security violations and coordinate corrective actions Prior experience with GSA containers and document control Experience working in a dynamic military environment and being able to successfully interact daily with senior ranking military officers, enlisted and key GOV stakeholders with confidence, poise and professionalism Comfortable making decisions autonomously and successfully operating in a military flying operations environment Access Control and Physical Security experience ability to perform assigned tasks. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
