Program Director

The Outpatient Clinic Manager provides clinical and operational leadership for outpatient behavioral health services, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable programming. This role oversees staff performance, service delivery, and program growth while collaborating with executive leadership to advance organizational goals and community impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee outpatient services, including individual and group therapy, peer support, and SAIOP, ensuring quality, safety, and full regulatory compliance Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff, with accountability for assessments, treatment planning, documentation, census management, and billing processes Collaborate with executive leadership to monitor program performance, manage budgets, and drive strategic growth initiatives Maintain strong partnerships with residential providers and community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and organizational visibility Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, payer, and CARF standards Support recruitment, retention, and performance management in partnership with Human Resources Oversee development and implementation of clinical programming and evidence-based treatment protocols Maintain active, unrestricted licensure in good standing in North Carolina
