Brief Summary of Work for this Position The Administrative Specialist position is responsible for academic/curricular and logistical administration for an interdisciplinary undergraduate program serving Honors students. This includes the areas of course management, data management, events management, and student worker supervision. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Preferred education, professional skills and experience Graduation from a 4 year college or university and 1 year of related office experience.

Strong customer service and relationship building skills to diplomatically interact with faculty, students, and staff.

Strong organization skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, etc. Required Certifications or licensure None. FTE 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
