Position:
The main goal of the Assessment Coordinator is to create and implement comprehensive assessment plans and strategies. This role manages assessment activities across different departments and programs, analyzes assessment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and report findings. The Assessment Coordinator will collaborate across departments to develop effective assessment tools and methodologies, and is responsible for ensuring assessments meet institutional, accreditation, and regulatory standards. This role will prepare detailed reports and clearly communicate results to stakeholders such as faculty, agencies, or leadership, and provide support and training to faculty and staff on using assessment methods and tools. The Assessment Coordinator monitors the effectiveness of assessment tools and recommends updates and improvements. Preferred Years Experience,Skills, Training ,

Demonstrated experience with: Creating and implementing comprehensive assessment plans Managing assessment activities Analyzing assessment data Preparing reports and presenting results Thorough understanding of CAEP process and Watermark platform Professional communication and coordination across departments
