General Summary:
The Transportation & QSP Manager is responsible for overseeing all transportation services within the organization, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transport of patients, staff, supplies, and equipment as well as oversee the QSP program operation. This role supports patient care operations by coordinating transportation logistics, managing staff, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting a high standard of service and safety.
Essential Functions:
Develop organizational policies or programs. Establish and oversee program procedures to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management. Direct activities of professional and technical staff members. Evaluate the work of staff to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively. Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits. Prepare and maintain records and reports, such as budgets, personnel records, or training manuals. Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures. Direct administrative or support services specific to the QSP Program. Monitor performance of organizational members or partners. Follows company policies to ensure consistent and compliant job performance. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

Education, Certificates and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent job experience. Project/Program management or people supervision a plus. Current driver's license and auto insurance
