Job Description
- Coordinate and schedule daily transportation requests, ensuring efficient and timely services.
- Build partnerships within the community and maintain knowledge of available community resources.
- Provide ongoing training and support for staff and volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with County, State, and Federal regulations relating to senior services and transportation.
- Complete daily counts, logs, and deposits with the Director.
- Communicate effectively with members, staff, volunteers, partner agencies, and county offices.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, records, and internal operations.
- Address daily concerns using a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Support the Director with operational records, reporting, data entry, and documentation.
- Schedule, plan, and support ongoing activities, groups, presentations, and monthly events.
- Assist with planning and supporting program fundraisers.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Services Director.
