Are you a confident communicator with a flair for digital content and relationship-building? Join the College of Arts and Social Sciences' Educational Programme Delivery Team and help promote and deliver Help to
Grow:
Management, a course for leaders of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). From capturing success stories to welcoming a new cohort, you'll help local business leaders discover opportunities to learn, connect and develop. You'll produce written, photographic and video content, manage social media and coordinate recruitment campaigns. Through events and direct conversations, you'll explain the course's benefits and guide prospective participants from initial interest to enrolment. During each cohort, you'll work alongside academic colleagues to facilitate discussions, assist with online and on-campus workshops, and provide a consistent point of contact. You'll also use feedback and performance data to refine communications and improve the learning experience. Bring your ideas to a role where no two weeks are the same. If you're looking for variety, opportunities to broaden your professional experience and scope to take ownership of your work, this role offers all three. You'll join a collaborative, supportive team that values initiative and welcomes suggestions for improvement. Whether your background is in marketing, communications, events or participant engagement, you'll have opportunities to extend your expertise across recruitment, facilitation and digital storytelling. Working with business owners, alumni and external partners, you'll build connections and see first-hand how the course contributes to participants' development. The University's modern campus on Brayford Wharf, in the heart of historic Lincoln, provides the setting for a role with a regional focus.
