Developmental Disabilities Program Manager

Omni Inventive Care is seeking a dependable and organized Program Manager to oversee day-to-day residential and vocational operations for services supporting adults with developmental disabilities, including individuals with higher support and safety needs. This role is focused on staffing, program coordination, compliance, and ensuring quality care across residential and vocational settings. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across multiple residential homes and vocational programs Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage Supervise direct support staff and frontline supervisors Participate in an on-call rotation, including 24/7 response to urgent situations when assigned Provide shift coverage as needed, including during staffing shortages Ensure programs operate in compliance with developmental disability regulations Train new and current staff on safety plans, behavior support strategies, and workplace expectations Support implementation of behavior support plans (non-clinical) and monitor consistency Track and review program data to ensure services are effective and meet standards Utilize and model verbal and physical de-escalation techniques when needed Maintain clear, accurate documentation and communication Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support program success Qualifications Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, including higher-risk populations Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage a flexible schedule Willingness to work overtime and respond to program needs Previous experience supervising staff or leading teams Ability to learn and apply regulatory and compliance requirements

Preferred:

Experience supporting behavior programs and reviewing service data Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain calm and effective during crisis situations, including physical aggression Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Bachelor's Degree preferred - High School Diploma required Current and yearly Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations Less than 6 points against driving record

From $26.00 per hour
