This role will oversee a complex program involving 200+ resources and a budget exceeding $100M, coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery. The Program Manager will drive execution, improve project governance where previous efforts have stalled, and ensure milestones, risks, and vendor commitments are tracked closely. Day-today work includes managing program schedules, coordinating infrastructure readiness, overseeing testing and deployment planning, and communicating clear status updates to executive leadership. • 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
• Experience managing large enterprise programs ($100M+ budget, 200+ resources)
• Strong vendor management experience with large technology partners
• Experience delivering Business-to-Consumer (B2C) applications
• Expertise in schedule, resource, and financial trackingreporting
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream enterprise programs
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Experience driving testing cycles including System Integration Testing and UAT
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management Nice to Have
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Oracle Primavera Cloud, or Oracle Unifier
• Experience delivering customer service or customer engagement platforms
