Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Day Reporting Staff member who is Certified as a teacher with the Nebraska Department of Education to join our team. The role involves providing support and supervision to individuals involved in community-based programs and monitor their online learning.Duties:
- Monitor and supervise program participants during scheduled reporting times
- Conduct check-ins and ensure compliance with program rules and regulations
- Document participant attendance and behavior
- Provide guidance and support to participants in achieving program goals
- Collaborate with case managers and other staff to ensure participant success
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service plans
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of community resources and support services
