Support Supervisor:

As a Day Service Site Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between great support and successful operations. You'll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement.Your key responsibilities include:
Operational Management:
Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.Ensuring seamless support:
Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.Maintaining excellence:
Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.Regulatory Compliance:

An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. 3 years of similar work experience can be substituted for education.Required Certifications:
Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40 .What YOU'LL Get:
