Job Description

•Job Location - Concord, NH•Assistant Day Program Manager Independent Services Network (ISN) is a vibrant statewide company delivering services for adults with intellectual disabilities, as well as children and youth in foster care. We are looking for a professional that is in sync with our mission driven service delivery. JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Day Program Manager will assist to provide programmatic and administrative leadership for our community-based day program, directing the growth of individuals with programmatic challenges lead a self-directed life, contributing to the community, while being fully included in activities and employment.
LOCATION
- Greater Concord area
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. Ensure goals are met per service agreements. Assist in the operation and management of the program. Be a team leader.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree, relevant management experience, experience with service delivery for folks with developmental disabilities in the community. Current enrollment in a higher education program will be considered.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
