What is the
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to ensure patient and staff satisfaction and engagement. That includes but is not limited to daily office culture- ensuring a positive experience for all, event coordination, feedback collection, concern and complaint review/ follow up, supply ordering, surveying, etc. The Engagement Supervisor acts as a professional member of the Administration Team. The Engagement Supervisor directly reports to the Director of Operations to assist the members of management and help support their teams, following the established practice standards and policies. Staff Engagement & Culture Develop and oversee employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, collaboration, and retention. Coordinate employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and company events. Serve as a resource for staff feedback, partnering with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and engagement. Support recruitment efforts, including candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and new employee integration when needed for hiring managers. Create internal communications, signage, and engagement materials that strengthen organizational culture. Patient Experience & Satisfaction Serve as the primary point of contact for patient concerns, complaints, and feedback. Monitor and analyze patient feedback from surveys, reviews, patient portals, social media platforms, and other communication channels. Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve patient satisfaction and overall experience and engagement, as well as for staff. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve concerns and implement service improvements. Support patient outreach, education, and communication initiatives. Office Operations & Administration Manage office supply inventory and ordering for all practice locations as needed. Oversee employee recognition supplies, branded merchandise, charitable donation programs, and special event materials. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support efficient office operations and workflows. Assist with organizational projects that enhance office efficiency and patient-facing environments. Leadership & Team Support Partner with managers and department leaders to support operational goals and employee engagement strategies. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to organizational planning and culture initiatives, while taking meeting minutes when necessary. Flexibility to dedicate time to each office- Bedford, Derry and Windham. Support employee engagement initiatives by developing team-building opportunities and coordinating workplace events.
