Program Manager (Keene, NH) Program Manager - Staffed Residences

Full-Time | Salaried | Includes Direct Care & On-Call Rotation Residential Resources is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Keene, NH, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in staffed residential homes. We're looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys being part of a team and believes that meaningful work can also be fun and rewarding. As a Program Manager, you will oversee the clinical, philosophical, and fiscal aspects of two or three one-person staffed residences; while maintaining an active presence in the home. This role includes direct care shifts and participation in the on-call rotation. Some of the responsibilities of the manager's position include: Ensure the overall health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported
Providing leadership and supervision to Direct Support Professionals
Monitor clinical supports, behavioral plans, and medication administration
Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards
Facilitate team meetings and promote creative problem-solving
Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and staff

Requirements:
Professional and/or Personal experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injuries is strongly preferred.
Supervisory experience in human services or a related field preferred
Minimum 3 years as a licensed driver
