Londonderry, NH Full-Time | Salaried | Includes Direct Care & On-Call Rotation Residential Resources is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Londonderry, NH, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for a manager to support our Enhanced Family Care (EFC)/Shared Living Programs. We're looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys being part of a team and believes that meaningful work can also be fun and rewarding. As a Program Manager, you will support the individuals and their contracted home care providers/and staff if applicable. This role includes direct care shifts and participation in the on-call rotation. Some of the responsibilities of the manager's position include: Ensure the overall health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported Providing leadership and supervision to Direct Support Professionals and Home Care Providers. Requirements:
Professional and/or Personal experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injuries is strongly preferred. Supervisory experience in human services or a related field preferred Minimum 3 years as a licensed driver Acceptable criminal and background checks Quality
