Transfers/Holds Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority - 3.0 Manchester, NH Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Leased Housing Specialist Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Leased Housing Specialist. This person will perform transfers, holds, deceased reports and annual/interim/change of unit certification functions for participants. This person will also be issuing vouchers and ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Our ideal candidate will have three years related office experience and working knowledge of local, state and federal housing standards and regulations. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Sensitivity to the needs of individuals from diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds. Ability to properly handle sensitive, confidential information. Strong computer skills. This is a full-time, 35-hour work week position. A valid driver's license and personal auto insurance are required.
