The New Hampshire Food Bank (NHFB) is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Nutrition Programs Coordinator within our Nutrition Department. The Nutrition Programs Coordinator is responsible for helping to coordinate and/or implement the Cooking Matters Program, the Leah's Pantry Nutrition Pantry Program, and the
USDA SUN
Meals Program in varying capacity. The Nutrition Programs Coordinator may also serve as a support for other department programs. Responsibilities Identify and recruit new partner agencies for program participation and volunteers to assist with program implementation Coordinate with host sites and satellite partners to plan for and implement Cooking Matters Programming. Teach healthy cooking, nutrition, and food budgeting to individuals experiencing or at risk for food insecurity Maintain accurate records and complete assigned reports and data analysis Create content for monthly nutrition program newsletters Onboard, guide, and support NHFB agencies through the Nutrition Pantry Program process, including pre/post-assessments, workplan development, and monitoring Assist with in-person site monitoring for the SUN Meals Program and related tasks as needed Support general administrative tasks that strengthen program operations across NHFB nutrition initiatives.
