Programs Coordinator Hillsborough County Department of Corrections - 3.5 Manchester, NH Job Details Full-time $21.77 - $36.23 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Employee assistance program Vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Written communication Clear verbal communication Attention to detail Full Job Description Position Overview Under the supervision of the Director of Programs, the position is responsible for the coordination of all jail programs to include the management of individuals transitioning from jail to the community through re-entry services; oversee the scheduling and vetting of all program volunteers General Responsibilities Distribution, collection and data entry of inmate program roster sheets Development, planning and coordination of inmate programs/activities to include volunteer screening, orientation, scheduling, and ordering of materials to facilitate program Coordinate special visits and intake interviews with outside agencies for treatment programming for inmate population Ensure all inmate program data and records are maintained and entered into database in a timely manner Coordinate with the Corrections Case Managers to ensure treatment programs are initiated and carried out Manage effective communication (written and verbal) with department supervisors, outside agencies, and volunteers, to ensure all divisional objectives are realized. Ensure quality assurance by monitoring transition plans, records, and review of data Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent, one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience as a program coordinator or relevant position Promote and maintain responsive community relations Detail oriented and efficient Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay:
$21.77 - $36.23 per hour
