Program Facilitator

Program Facilitator The Kingswood Youth Center (KYC) is seeking a motivated Program Facilitator to make a difference in the lives of local teens! This position works collaboratively to deliver fun, appealing, and enriching programs and connections with the KYC's program participants. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to create a safe, inclusive, inviting space is required. This is a part-time permanent position of approximately 28 hrs. per week, though full-time opportunities may be available for the right candidate. The salary range is $20-$22 per hour based on experience. Roughly two-thirds of your time will be in direct service and one third of the time providing administrative and operational support, including planning programs, setting up programs, and cleaning. Monday-Thursday evening availability is required. Flexibility in schedule is helpful. Ability to drive a 15-passenger van is helpful. The KYC seeks candidates with a high school diploma (relevant college or graduate degree helpful) and two to three years of documented experience working with youth or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
