Atlantic City, NJ (On-site) About BOS Security BOS Security is a long-standing Screening Partnership Program (SPP) contractor providing highquality, TSA-compliant passenger and baggage screening services at airports across the United States. Position Summary The Program Manager serves as the on-site leader responsible for all passenger and baggage screening operations under the TSA SPP contract at ACY. Key Responsibilities Direct all TSA-compliant passenger and baggage screening functions. Manage operational performance, quality, and compliance. Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate screening personnel. Maintain full compliance with TSA, federal, and airport regulations. Minimum Required SkillsExperience Program/Project Management Qualification Federal PM certification (FAC-PM, DAWIA, DHS PM)
OR PMP OR
5+ years relevant management experience. Leadership Experience 7+ years general management OR 3+ years as certified STSO or higher. Technical Proficiency Proficient with Microsoft Project or similar. Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications TSA/SPP/federal security program experience Leadership experience at
CAT II-IV
