  • We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Disabilities Services Program Manager to join our team.
As a Program Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all programs meet the highest standards of quality, and that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, social workers, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes and quality indicators
  • Identify and address any gaps in services or care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs
