Job Description:

Program Management Lead - Operational Transformation Overview We're looking for a Program Management Lead to support a portfolio of operational transformation initiatives within alternative investments. This role will own a vendor migration and operating model transition , while also supporting multiple parallel initiatives (platform onboarding, process improvements, workflow implementations). What You'll Do Program Leadership & Governance Manage multiple transformation initiatives across operations Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting Drive execution, accountability, and timelines across teams Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies-and push them to resolution Lead meetings, working sessions, and steering committees Deliver updates to leadership and key stakeholders Vendor Migration & Operating Model Transition Oversee a mid-scale vendor migration and service transition Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors Ensure operational readiness and smooth execution Support rollout of the future-state operating model Transformation & Process Improvement Support onboarding of new platforms, tools, and workflows Drive process improvement and workflow optimization efforts Assess current operations and identify improvement opportunities Facilitate requirements discussions and follow-through What They're Looking For 8-12 years of program/project management experience Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives in complex environments Strong background in governance (planning, reporting, RAID, dependencies) Ability to run programs independently and drive outcomes Strong communication skills (including executive updates) Experience in financial services or alternative investments preferred Business analysis / requirements experience is a plus The salary range for this position is $75 to $85 per hour.
