Founded and supervised by a board-certified surgeon, Atrium provides high-quality cosmetic medical services, IV hydration, and wellness offerings to our clientele in a sophisticated and welcoming environment. Licensed Aesthetician (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, licensed aesthetician to join our growing team at Atrium Medspa & Wellness. This position is ideal for a motivated provider with a passion for skincare, client experience, and results-driven treatments in a luxury medspa environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a spa or medical spa setting and be comfortable performing a variety of advanced facial treatments. Experience with Hydrafacial and VI Peel treatments is a strong plus. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, elevated practice. This position can be part-time or full-time, with up to 30 hours per week available.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services, including: Hydrafacial Sculpting Facials / Lymphatic Drainage Facials Classic Facials Teen Facials Superficial chemical peels (including VI Peel preferred) Other skincare procedures as appropriate Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans based on client goals and concerns Educate clients on skincare, scalp care, and at-home maintenance regimens Recommend professional skincare products and actively participate in retail sales Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization Assist with daily spa operations including laundry, stocking supplies, and maintaining inventory Support injectors and medical providers as needed with room preparation and patient care Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all protocols and regulations Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and treatment advancements

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, elevated client experience Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills Work collaboratively with the entire medspa team Maintain discretion and uphold HIPAA standards Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture Take initiative and maintain attention to detail in all aspects of the role

Qualifications:

Current New Jersey Aesthetician License in good standing Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a spa or medical spa setting Experience with Hydrafacial treatments preferred Experience performing VI Peels or other superficial chemical peels is a plus Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols Excellent communication skills and polished professional demeanor Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed Comfortable with technology and basic computer systems for scheduling and charting
