(Association for the Multiple Impaired Blind, Inc) 55 reviews $60,000 a year - Full-time AMIB, Inc. is a non-profit organization seeking an experienced Program Manager to monitor services to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and visual impairments in a group home environment. As Group Home Manager you are in charge of one of AMIB's programs! Lead your team to oversee and create opportunities for residents to engage in community activities, while also overseeing the program coordination and growth of the staff and individuals, scheduling, implementation of ISP goals and adhere to all state and agency policies and procedures and on-call responsibilities.
Requirements:
2-5 years of direct support experience with individuals with disabilities. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience. Must have Driver License valid in NJ with no more than 5 points. HS diploma or GED required, College Degree preferable. Satisfactory background and pre-employment drug testing.
