- L&D will be responsible for building programs and processes to ensure effective communication and efficient execution, and for championing the development and deployment of best practices to improve program and business performance.

- Delivers clear, timely updates using appropriate channels ; tailors messages to different audiences; facilitates alignment and ensures transparency throughout program execution. Stakeholder Engagement

- Independently manages logistics including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and program readiness; resolves coordination issues and maintains operational flow. Program Management
- Oversees multiple learning programs; tracks milestones; anticipates risks; adapts plans; ensures programs deliver on expected outcomes and maintain alignment with timelines. Data Analysis
- Analyzes program data to identify trends and insights; summarizes findings; uses data to support decision-making and continuous program improvement. Customer Service
- Handles routine learner inquiries independently with accuracy and professionalism; ensures positive learner experiences; identifies recurring needs and suggests improvements. Adaptability
- Adjusts to changing tasks and priorities with composure; remains productive in dynamic environments; demonstrates resilience and openness to change. Collaboration
- Works cooperatively with cross‑functional teams; supports shared goals; communicates respectfully; contributes to a positive and inclusive team environment. Professionalism

- Uses data to evaluate program outcomes and communicate impact; synthesizes learner feedback, performance metrics, and KPIs to inform improvements and demonstrate value. Skill Level Requirements Ability to coordinate logistics , communications, scheduling, and administration for multiple learning programs.
- Proficient Ability to analyze program data, identify patterns, and summarize insights to inform decisions.
- Proficient Working knowledge of LMS platforms and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, communication/collaboration platforms).
- Proficient Ability to prepare clear written documentation and verbal updates; ensure accuracy and consistency across stakeholders.
- Proficient Ability to build productive working relationships across teams and maintain alignment in cross-functional environments.
- Proficient Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficient Other Requirements Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- $85,800 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
