The Navigation Coordinator is an advocate, mentor and guide for our patients and their significant others throughout the cancer continuum. This role assists the patient and their significant others by connecting patients directly to services needed throughout the healthcare continuum.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office and/or healthcare environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. Experience with the coordination of processes to ensure successful outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms and/or EPIC platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
