Type:
full-time LMSW Therapist | Therapy24x7 LCSW PLLC We're looking for a warm, dedicated therapist to join our team for a paid, part-time clinical training program in our Manhattan and Brooklyn offices. LMSWs and limited-permit holders are both welcome, so come build your individual therapy skills in a supportive, close-knit group practice while working toward your LCSW. Availability In-person, 4 to 5 days/week (Manhattan & Brooklyn). No remote or hybrid. Shifts run 4 to 5 hours, evenings and weekends, and pair well with a second job. Ready and able to carry a full caseload of 80 sessions/month (~20 clients/week); your caseload builds up over time as clients are added. What You'll Bring MSW from an accredited program Active LMSW, or a limited permit with LMSW earned within your first year 1+ year of clinical experience, including prior individual (one-on-one) psychotherapy An openness to feedback and a genuine desire to keep learning What We Offer Weekly one-on-one supervision with an experienced LCSW, on a clear path to licensure (2,900-hour structured program) Pay up to $2,800/month, based on session volume Access to niche clinical trainings we offer based on practice needs and demand, for clinicians who show strong fit Real clinical experience and a team invested in your development We're only welcoming two new clinicians this quarter.
