  • Jersey City # of openings 1 Employment duration Full time Apply Now We are currently seeking a highly motivated Ergonomics Program Coordinator to support a high-profile client located in downtown Manhattan, NYC.
What you will do:
Complete daily orders, request price quotes as necessary with vendors for wellness approved items, and update order status Work with client stakeholders from Corporate Workplace Solutions and Engineering on equipment removal, installation, and mail delivery Manage Ergo mailbox by professionally and clearly responding to all nonclinical (process, order or appointment) requests; forward clinical inquires to the appropriate subject matter experts (ergonomists, managers, directors, etc.) and escalate as needed Coordinate logistics for sit stand program by managing site specific SOPs, placing shipment requests, monitoring delivery and installation, working closely with client Engineering, placing equipment orders, and checking approval status Connect with Manager/Director regarding, and keep on task with maintenance, any issues as they pertain to Ergo portal, and Ariba ordering platform, alerting through the chain of command for next steps Maintain trackers, dashboards, or logs for equipment requests, approval status, fulfillment timelines, and open inquiries What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree required At least one year of customer service or vendor coordination work experience, preferably in Environmental Health and Safety, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Zoom Strong background in project and case management Ability to handle sensitive or confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism. Competence with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Zoom.

  • ability to understand vendor commercial models, leverage 3rd parties to execute programming on behalf of the firm, ensure vendor accountability and performance

  • $85,000.
Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs.
