The AmeriCorps VISTA Capacity Building Coordinator will receive pay and benefits (detailed below) from HFA while working for Fulfill.
About the
Hunger Free America VISTA Program:
HFA is a nonpartisan, national nonprofit working to enact the policies and programs needed to end domestic hunger and ensure all Americans have sufficient access to nutritious food. Now in its 21st year, HFA's National AmeriCorps VISTA program places members with food security organizations across the country, partnering with some of the nation's most effective anti-hunger and poverty organizations. The program engages VISTA members and partnering organizations in moving families beyond the soup kitchen by breaking down barriers and providing improved access to healthful, nutritious foods — addressing hunger and poverty while building the capacity of the agencies that address these issues.
