$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 SalaryThe Program Manager will supervise and ensure a safe environment and work with the Clinical Team Leader to establish a positive treatment program. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Legacy Treatment Services. The Program Manager serves as the House Manager and is responsible for the safety and security of the program, building, Consumers and staff. Position has primary responsibility for budgets, scheduling, and staff performance. Working with the Clinical Team Leader, the position has the responsibility of implementing programming within the residence.Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Direct coordination of daily program activities. Residence leader. Hire, supervise and evaluate all Program staff, including emergency scheduling of "on call" staff members. Develop and implement orientation and training programs for all Program employees. Participate in and share leadership of staff meetings. Assign Consumers to lead residential therapists and monitor these relationships. Develop and implement Program staff schedule. Address and approve timecards. Participate in individual, group and family therapy as indicated in the individual treatment plans of Consumers, or as directed by the Clinical Team Leader. Provide a point of contact for Consumer's family and other community resources. Coordinate with school staff and the Consumer's teachers to insure follow up of the school programs. Develop programs in which all Consumers can participate, schedule off campus trips that will aid the Consumers in their emotional growth. Make the home a safe and fun place for all Consumers and staff. Actively engages in all pre-crisis and crisis interventions, seeking to establish a positive outcome. Other duties as assigned.Hours:

Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, education or other closely related fields. Substantive experience in the field may be considered in lieu of degree.
