Primary Responsibilities School Operations & Program Management Serve as a key operational partner to the Assistant Head of School, managing school-wide programs and events. Event & Community Program Coordination Oversee logistics for school-wide events, academic programs, parent programs, and community gatherings. Collaborate with administrators, faculty, facilities staff, and vendors to manage room reservations, catering, AV, transportation, staffing, and setup. Coordinate all event food ordering in partnership with the school nurse to ensure menu selections accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and health requirements across the school community. Facilities & Maintenance Coordination Act as the central point of contact for all facilities and maintenance requests. Review, prioritize, and assign work orders; track progress from submission to completion; and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure timely, effective resolution of facility needs. Compliance & Regulatory Tracking Maintain the school's compliance calendar, including safety inspections, equipment certifications, permits, and licenses. Track completion of all regulatory requirements, maintain organized records for audits, and ensure timely renewals with external vendors. Supply & Resource Management Manage the ordering and distribution of teacher and classroom supplies, fulfilling faculty requests in a timely manner and maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support daily instructional needs. Front Office Support Provide front office assistance as needed, supporting daily school operations, greeting and directing visitors, answering phones and serving as a collaborative resource to administrative staff. The responsibilities outlined above are representative of the position and may be adjusted, expanded, or modified at the discretion of the school to meet organizational needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, A minimum of 5 years in office administration or a related role. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and work order management systems is required. Must be a collaborative team player able to work effectively with staff, vendors, and school leadership. Experience in a Jewish education, or nonprofit environment is preferred. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and work comfortably in both office and facilities environments.

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
