JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop/design induction seminars consistent with the School District's Induction/Mentoring Plan
QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY
NJ Teacher Certification Competence and knowledge/skills for level/disciplines taught Current Phillipsburg School District Employee
QUALIFICATIONS, DESIRED
Knowledgeable about Induction/Mentoring programs Designing and delivering Induction Seminars for new certificated staff and proteges with mentors Possesses ability and confidence to present the program to colleagues Understands the importance of a quality induction program All correspondence regarding this position must be in writing and should be addressed as follows:
