The Scarlet Knights are members of the prestigious Big Ten Conference, the nation's premier academic and athletic conference, after officially joining the league on July 1, 2014. Known as "The Birthplace of College Football, Rutgers hosted Princeton on Nov. 6, 1869 in the first intercollegiate football game, with RU earning a 6-4 victory. Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator II (Compliance Coordinator) for Athletics - Compliance. This position reports to the Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and exists to assist with managing all aspects of compliance monitoring, including, but not limited to, student-athlete forms, recruiting activities, and playing and practice seasons. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists coaches in regards to recruiting contact and evaluation logs, reactive call monitoring, and team activity logs. Assists with the compliance oversight of sport programs in regard to NCAA rules education and interpretations, as necessary. Provides game day support at various sporting events. Executes other duties assigned to assist the Office of Athletic Compliance with day-to-day responsibilities. FLSA Nonexempt Grade 03 Salary Details Minimum Salary 52602.480 Mid Range Salary 64788.980 Maximum Salary 76975.480 Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position.
