OR Experience:
Experience th demonstred: Knowledge of the laws and regulions governing agricultural stabilizion and conservion programs and of the particular applicion of nional policies and objectives the Ste level; Understanding of farming practices and customs in the United Stes, and of the economic needs of farm communities the Ste level; Knowledge of current Ste and Federal agricultural trends; and Ability to establish and maintain effective relionships with representives of public and prive organizions, farmers' associions, and others, and to interpret regulions, programs, and policies affecting them.
