Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include, but not limited to:- Define program scope and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with internal capabilities and service standards.
- Monitor operational performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness) and provide recommendations for unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Focused Teams (CFTs) to manage customer deliverables, addressing potential issues through proactive communication.
- Contribute to budget planning, including revenue and material forecasting, and support quoting activities.
- Ensure adherence to customer requirements and quality standards, escalating issues as needed.
- Apply problem-solving tools like 5-Why analysis to address challenges and identify mitigation steps for risks.
- Advocate for customers by aligning their needs with internal goals and providing regular updates with clear documentation.
- Build knowledge of lean principles, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Creation's processes while mentoring interns and contributing to team development.
- Travel as required (up to 10%).
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

FINAL |- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in operational or program management roles.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Foundational understanding of NPI processes and lean principles.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts, including cost variances and forecasting.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
