Job Description
Overview At La Vida Llena, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community, residents enjoy a vibrant and engaging environment with opportunities for creative, educational, and personal exploration. Our welcoming campus offers resort-style amenities and a full continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to plan engaging programs, support residents, and help create a welcoming and connected community experience. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate and promote Independent Living programs, activities, and events while fostering high resident satisfaction and a positive community image. Create monthly activity calendars and coordinate partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups. Direct and support volunteer programs, including coordinating volunteers for campus services and resident assistance programs. Manage resident communications including newsletters, announcements, digital signage, and Resident Intranet content and support. Provide clerical and event support, assist with budgets, coordinate meeting spaces, and support resident and employee needs daily. About You
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clerical office work, customer service, reception, volunteer coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, phone skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, follow directions, and work effectively with residents, staff, and the general public.
