Job description: Community Health Alliance is looking for Full-Time Reproductive Health Program Coordinator. Join our talented team of Reproductive Health that focus on serving the community and helping those in need by creating healthy outcomes for patients of every income. We operate six convenient locations throughout Reno and Sparks, providing comprehensive, top-quality medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more. Our team members enjoy benefits that include: Competitive salary: $53,000 Annually 100% company paid employee medical insurance and 90% paid vision and dental on the 60th day from date of hire.
Paid Time Off:

Job Summary The Reproductive Health Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and day-to-day support of multiple federally and state funded reproductive health programs, including Title X Family Planning, Account for Family Planning (AFP), and Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring program compliance, client access to services, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between clinical staff, billing, outreach, and community partners. The Coordinator supports outreach, education, eligibility screening, and data tracking to ensure high-quality, equitable access to reproductive and preventive health services. Essential Functions Coordinate daily operations of Title X, Account for Family Planning (AFP), and Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening programs. Ensure program activities align with federal, state, and grant requirements. Support implementation of program workflows, eligibility processes, and service delivery standards. Monitor program activities to ensure timely completion of required deliverables. Conduct outreach and education to eligible populations regarding reproductive and preventive health services. Assist clients in accessing services including family planning, cancer screenings, and follow-up care. Engage with high-risk and underserved populations, including low-income individuals, adolescents, and minority communities. Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate education and support. Conduct eligibility screening for Title X, AFP, and cancer screening programs. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all program activities and client encounters. Maintain client records in electronic systems in compliance with HIPAA and grant requirements. Assist with data collection, reporting, and quality assurance activities. Support chart reviews, audits, and verification of program eligibility as needed. Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and grant program guidelines. Support audits, reporting requirements, and program monitoring activities. Assist in maintaining compliance with Title X and breast and cervical cancer program standards. Report suspected abuse, neglect, or safety concerns in accordance with Nevada law. Collaborate closely with billing, clinical staff, front office, and outreach teams to support seamless service delivery. Serve as a resource for staff regarding program eligibility and documentation requirements. Participate in program meetings, REACCH coalition meetings, and other organizational committees as assigned. Communicate client needs and program barriers to supervisory staff. Assist in providing education to staff and community members on reproductive and preventive health topics. Support onboarding and training of new staff on program processes and requirements. Distribute educational materials and support community awareness initiatives. Education, Experience and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience. Valid Nevada driver's license required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Prior experience in healthcare, public health, or community outreach strongly preferred. Experience with grant-funded programs such as Title X, cancer screening programs, or Medicaid services preferred. Knowledge of reproductive health, preventive health, and community health principles. Knowledge of Title X, AFP, and breast and cervical cancer screening program requirements, or ability to learn quickly. Knowledge of cancer screening guidelines and associated testing modalities including mammography and Pap/HPV testing. Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and underserved communities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printers. Ability to travel locally for outreach activities, meetings, and trainings as needed. Environmental Requirements Work is performed in clinical, office, and community-based settings. Frequent interaction with patients, staff, and community organizations. May require occasional travel within the community for outreach and partnership activities.Pay:
