Job Description
Position Summary:
Steel & O'Brien is comprised of several product categories of flow control components, including sanitary tubing, fittings, valves, pumps, gaskets, and replacement parts, and is expected to add additional categories through future acquisition. This role will drive execution excellence for Top 30 accounts by closing data gaps, accelerating information flow, managing internal stakeholders, and owning communication pathways to ensure fulfillment of customer objectives. Core Objectives Own Top 30 Fulfillment Execution Be the central point of coordination across Sales, Ops, Planning, Fabrication, and Distribution to ensure Customer Success Proactively chase down answers and remove roadblocks to fulfillment Ensure prioritization decisions translate into actual execution Conduct quarterly reviews with Top 10 customers to ensure S&O is meeting expectations and earning share of wallet (SOW) expansion Close Data & Reporting Gaps Identify missing data that slows prioritization or fulfillment Build structured reporting on: SOW gaps Capacity vs demand Order timing risks Service level agreement adherence Translate data and insights into tactical action plans Improve Information Flow Refine standardized communication loops to reduce cycle time for cross-functional decisions Master and manage Escalations Understand and communicate priority shifts & risks Ensure Top 30 accounts have visibility and responsiveness. Support New Prioritization Processes Operationalize fab/fulfillment prioritization frameworks (cutoff times, lead times, etc.) Monitor adherence to new processes Flag breakdowns in real time with proactive communication internally and externally Recommend adjustments based on performance data Key Performance Indicators Top 30 OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) Cycle time reduction (order fulfillment) Escalation resolution time Data completeness / reporting accuracy SLA variance tracking Revenue at risk flagged early Risks This Role Mitigates Revenue leakage from SOW misalignment Slow information flow causing missed fab windows Lack of accountability in prioritization Firefighting vs proactive execution Blind spots in capacity planning Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications 5-10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations. Supply Chain / Fulfillment Operation, and/or Program Management in manufacturing or fulfillment environment Experience supporting enterprise or key accounts Strong background in reporting, analytics, and execution management Desired Skills Relentless executor — comfortable "chasing down" cross-functional stakeholders Data-fluent (Excel/Sheets, BI tools, CRM) Able to connect SOW commitments to operational reality Strong prioritization judgment Comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving ops environment Executive-ready communication skills High desire for mastery and customer results Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective stakeholder communication and ability to translate requirements. Data accuracy mindset and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a structured backlog. User-focused approach to training and enablement. Success Metrics (First 6-12 Months) Successful support of CPQ implementation go-live and optimization cycles. Deployment of integrations for Agentforce, SalesIntel, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Improved data hygiene metrics (duplicate reduction, completeness). Increased adoption of standardized dashboards and workflows. Predictable release cadence with documented change controls.Culture:

Fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an on-site position and managing work demands against personal demands is critical. The role requires 40-45 hours per week.Attendance Requirements:
