CPSE/CSE
Evaluations Coordinator to join our Westchester County office in Ardsley, NY. In this role, you will oversee the full evaluation process for children ages 3 & up referred through the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) and Committee on Special Education (CSE) . You will play a critical role in ensuring evaluations are completed accurately, efficiently, and within all New York State-mandated timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage and track incoming

evaluation referrals Coordinate the full evaluation process from intake through report submission Assign and schedule evaluators based on case needs and timelines Serve as a liaison between families, school districts, and providers Ensure compliance with NYS regulations and mandated timelines Track and manage cases using the
C.L.A.I.M.S.
system Monitor evaluation progress and proactively address delays or issues Support quality assurance by reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission of evaluation reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Experience in Early Intervention, CPSE, CSE, or school-based special education preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Familiarity with C.L.A.I.M.S. or similar systems is a plus Why Join HTA of New York?
