JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervision of clinical and direct support staff. Participation in planning program-wide activities Ensuring compliance with OPWDD regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Masters degree in a human service/rehabilitation/medical field with a minimum of three years working in the field of I/DD. Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and adult services. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize tasks an the desire to help make a positive impact on people's lives. Prior supervisory, administrative and management experience. Eligible employer for Public Student Loan Forgiveness.
Pay:
$66,300.00 per year
