Program Manager

The Program Manager position is full-time, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. This is an exempt position and does include after-hours responsibilities on an as-needed basis.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

High school diploma with 5 years experience preferably in a human services setting OR Bachelors degree with 2 years experience preferred in a mental health or human services setting Valid NYS driver's license is required. The Program Manager will work within a 10-bed community residence that serves as a transitional residence for consumers. The position of Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program. The position includes but is not limited to the following: coordination of care and restorative services for consumers, Medicaid billing supervision and submission, consumer receivables, monthly banking, electronic chart management and audits, oversight of the residence needs, staff training and supervision.
