Hour Minimum Qualifications:

HS Diploma/ GED is required. College level study in a physical education, health education or recreational program preferred. Previous experience in coordinating a similar recreational program Appropriate professional certifications. Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
