Licensed Supervisor - Multisystemic Therapy

(RSS) is launching a new MST team in Orange County, and we're looking for a fully licensed mental health professional to lead the way. This opportunity is ideal if you're an LMSW seeking hours toward your "C" certification — or if you're already a fully licensed LPHA (LMSW, LCSW, LCAT, LMFT, or LMHC) — and passionate about helping youth succeed through research-based interventions. What You'll Do As the MST Supervisor, you'll guide a team of two Clinicians providing evidence-based therapy to youth (ages 12-17) involved with DSS and the Juvenile Justice system. You'll shape this new program from the ground up, collaborating with experienced MST providers and community partners to make a measurable difference in young lives.

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of two MST Clinicians Lead weekly group and individual supervision sessions Collaborate with the MST Expert to ensure model fidelity and support team skill development Partner with community stakeholders and internal teams to promote and educate about MST Monitor and report program data and outcomes to guide quality improvement Hire and train new MST Clinicians as needed Maintain a small caseload (1-2 families) as necessary to support the program Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring Licensure:

LMSW, LCSW, LCAT, LMFT, or LMHC (NYS required) Preferred experience: Working with youth exhibiting delinquent behavior, providing cognitive-behavioral and behavioral therapy, and addressing school or community-based challenges Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice Excellent communication and engagement skills Commitment to serving a diverse population Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Valid NYS driver's license and ability to pass required background clearances (Justice Center, New York State Central Register Database, etc.)
