Job Description
Bilingual (Spanish) Behavioral Health Program Coordinator We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as our Bilingual Program Coordinator at our Behavioral Health Center in White Plains, NY. This is a combined direct service and program leadership role, and involves working collaboratively with the Behavioral Health Center Director and other leadership staff to help implement effective program operations and foster a supportive work environment. In addition to selected direct clinical treatment, core responsibilities involve oversight of services related to mono-lingual Spanish-speaking clients and their families. This includes management of Spanish-speaking referrals, collaborating with and enhancing relationships with hospital and community-based referral partners, and primary supervision of therapists with significant Spanish-speaking client and family caseloads. Other responsibilities include leading team discussions, fostering effective performance-improvement and other change-management initiatives, case assignment, monitoring and reinforcing productivity standards, documentation requirements, timely access to care, and other hospital and regulatory policies.
