  • Description
  • The Global Solution Design & Management (SDM) Capability Lead is a key member of the Corporate CIO team, responsible for driving technology solutions and product evolution.
In addition to leading the SDM capability, this role owns portfolio and program management across the CIO organization—establishing governance, prioritization, and delivery transparency to ensure investments align to business outcomes and risk posture. This leader shapes the overall technology strategy and evolution for enterprise platforms and services by staying connected to delivery details—reviewing designs, challenging assumptions, and ensuring architecture and execution choices support scalability, resilience, security, and cost efficiency. He/she also directly guide and empower BA, Program, Product and Solution Architecture teams to think differently, leverage AI appropriately, and accelerate modernization across application, data, and integration landscapes.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Lead the global SDM capability, setting standards for solution design, delivery governance and partner with engineering, technology Operations and business stakeholders.
+ Drive enterprise technology strategy and evolution by partnering with executive leadership and staying close to key initiatives—reviewing project details to ensure alignment to target-state architecture and strategic outcomes. + Direct and coach Product and Solution Architecture teams to modernize platforms and applications, leveraging AI/automation where it improves customer, colleague, and operational outcomes. + Optimize resource allocation across programs and capabilities, balancing capacity, skills, cost, and delivery risk; anticipate future skill needs and build succession plans. + Own portfolio and program management for the CIO organization, streamline and significantly simplify intake and prioritization process roadmap governance, and delivery health reporting. + Ensure solutions and programs meet compliance, security, and risk management expectations, partnering with relevant governance teams. + Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence through clear expectations, feedback loops, and talent development.
  • Qualifications
  • +
Minimum Years of Experience:
10 + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field/equivalent experience. + Extensive experience and strong familiarity with Program/Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, and Solution Architecture practices. + Proven record of directly leading IT professionals across these disciplines, as well as leading cross-functional teams and delivery partners. + Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and traditional approaches, with the ability to tailor and blend methods to fit the work. + Expertise translating business requirements into technical solutions—bridging outcomes, requirements, and constraints into best-practice designs and implementation plans. + Background in multi-project coordination, financial and resource management, SDLC methodologies, requirements gathering, data analysis, technology evaluation, cloud and infrastructure concepts, and compliance and security.
