Job Description:
Plans, monitors and manages internal technical programs from initiation through completion. Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
  • Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products/program
  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
  • Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases
  • Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders
  • May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product/program gaps, defining product requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends
  • Performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Participates in and leads cross-functional teams across sites. Relationship Focus Limited and supervised contact at engineering and logistical level. Chairs conference committees. Provides guidance for external programs. Initiates projects with suppliers in a very complex environment. Serves as consortia project liaison. Normally will report to a higher level executive, but may report to a peer level management executive. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Increased knowledge plus broader technical knowledge in areas outside of his or her area of expertise. Requires a technical (University) degree. BS + 8-10
years of experience or MS + 7 or more years or PhD + 5 or more years Expected Salary Range $118,000.00 - $210,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
