Were looking for a DSP Supervisor to keep the energy high, the environment safe, and the services running smoothly all while leading a team that delivers quality care with heart.
What Youll Be Doing:
Supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in a dynamic Day Program settingMaking sure daily programming meets Richmonds standards of excellenceSupporting individuals in achieving their personal goals through educational, recreational, and community-based activitiesKeeping the Day Program running like clockwork schedules, staff, support, and all the small details that make a big differenceReporting directly to the Day Program Manager and stepping in wherever needed to keep things moving forward
Youll Fit Right In If You:
Have 12 years of supervisory experience (or have completed Richmonds own Supervisory Training)Have at least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilitiesAre computer-savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can write clearly and conciselyKnow how to balance structure with compassion, and confidence with flexibilityHold a valid drivers license (NY, NJ, or CT) with 3+ years in good standing
