About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on advancing human rights initiatives and supporting impactful community-based programs around the world. Job Description Our client is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to support day-to-day program operations, grant administration, and cross-functional initiatives. This role will assist with tracking funding activity, maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting internal process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Partner with internal departments such as finance and legal to help resolve questions related to contracts, budgets, and grant activity Review grant-related materials and supporting documentation before leadership approval Track grant spending activity and follow up on outstanding financial records or required updates Monitor payment schedules and verify banking and payment details for accuracy Maintain records related to compliance deadlines and ensure documentation remains current Document meeting notes, organize files, and upload materials into internal systems and shared drives Conduct research and provide administrative support for ongoing projects and organizational initiatives Prepare summaries, briefing materials, and internal documents for leadership and stakeholder meetings Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and reconciliation support Coordinate consultant agreements and monitor deliverables when applicable Recommend and implement process improvements to support operational efficiency and consistency across teams
Qualifications Experience:
3-5 years of experience in program coordination, project support, grants administration, or nonprofit operations Experience supporting compliance tracking, document management, or operational workflows preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with scheduling tools, shared document systems, and budget tracking Familiarity with grant databases, CRMs, or reporting systems is a plus Strong written communication and documentation skills
Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities Professional communicator with excellent follow-through Adaptable and collaborative team player Comfortable handling confidential or sensitive information
Education:
